Well when I was a witness my opinion was held by 9 million other people, however it was nice to come out in the minority. So now on this board I am pleased to have my " independent" views and my opinions. However further education and discretion is advised to all those that want to remain healthy and balanced in their thinking when reading my views.

In my case I have no authority to discuss with certainty anything. However I would say I met some great, some interesting and some wonderfully challenging people to discuss my uncertain opinion with.

Viviane it would be nice to share a parallel journey with your logic. Anyway with the greatest respect Vivianne I believe many " people" come here looking for answers, yet with your sharp and logical mind, I believe many "people" leave here not understanding your fascinating and compassionate heart. Sorry I am confused here. Let's bullit-point your O.P.
A) 35 years ago a brother was caught peeking at a sister whilst she took a shower.
B) she told the elders he was rependent and lost privaliges.
C) Now 35 years later she intends suing the watchtower.
With the greatest respect she needs a bloody good laywer.
On a more serious note has anybody heard of Cliff Richard? ( His band members were called " The Shadows" and converted to Jehovers witnesses) Anyway I think Cliff Richard is a resent and better example of why we need a statute of limitations on such charges, but the sister you knew is a good example.
